We want you to love everything you buy from us, so please review our current online policies before making your purchase! Clementine only sells high-quality, authentic merchandise in superior condition. Unless otherwise noted, our clothes, handbags and shoes are preowned and sold on consignment.

We accept all major credit cards. E-gift cards may be used for online purchases only. You may use store credit and physical gift cards for online purchases if you call us at 804-358-2357 and pay over the phone.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for orders placed within Virginia. 

We offer free in-store pick up during store hours. Orders not picked up within 8 days of purchase are FINAL SALE. 

We currently offer free USPS shipping on purchases of $50 or more and a $5 flat rate fee on purchases up to $50. Unless otherwise noted, we process and ship within 48 hours. We do not ship outside the United States. Shipping confirmation with a tracking number is sent to the email you provide. It is your responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service if you experience shipping delays or your package is not delivered because the address provided is incorrect. Clementine cannot be held responsible for transit delays once packages leave our shop.

Returns & Refunds 
In-Store Purchases: Returns accepted for store credit ONLY. As a consignment shop, we pay our consignors weekly for their sold items. Therefore, unless you come in within 3 days of receipt, full-price, consigned items are FINAL SALE. All purchases must be returned in the condition received, with store tags attached and with your receipt. New accessories, shoes, purses, local goods and sale items are FINAL SALE.  

Online and Phone Purchases: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for full-price, consigned items within 3 days of receipt. New accessories, local goods and sale items are FINAL SALE. Return your purchase in person or ship it to CLEMENTINE RETURNS, 3118 West Cary St, Richmond, VA 23221. Returns by mail are not accepted without prior authorization. You are responsible for all shipping and tracking fees.
