The ideal Clementine sales associate is friendly, confident, stylish and thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment.
Qualifications:
• Retail, boutique, secondhand or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
• Enjoys staying busy and taking initiative throughout the day
• Strong interest in women's fashion and sustainable fashion appreciated
• Strong sales instincts and an eye for presentation and merchandising
Responsibilities include:
• Creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for customers
• Keeping the sales floor stocked, organized and visually appealing
• Refreshing displays and maintaining Clementine’s boutique atmosphere
• Opening and closing the store and assisting with daily operational tasks
Strong candidates with resale and fashion knowledge may also be considered for consignment responsibilities.
